Director of Integration

Troy, MI

Detroit Defense is seeking a Director of Integration to play a central leadership role within the Platform Systems & Integrated Logistics Business Unit (BU), reporting directly to the EVP. This individual is responsible for driving the technical integration of platform-based solutions that meet the evolving needs of the U.S. Army and allied customers. This includes end-to-end ownership of system engineering, platform integration, technical oversight of internal development efforts, IRAD alignment, and technical coordination across field support, sustainment, and production activities.

The ideal candidate combines deep system integration and acquisition expertise with mission focus, a collaborative spirit, and high standards. This role requires technical fluency across C5ISR, autonomy, counter-UAS, vehicle electronics, and platform modernization. It also requires the ability to work across functional lines and organizational layers to convert ideas into executable integrated solutions.
